SHIPPING~All of our Shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We also send you the DC number and email you that your items have shipped. We try very hard to communicate to you about your order.

Most items are shipped within 48 hours. We would notify you if there is a delay. We only ship Monday through Friday. As most of our days are spent working 10-12 hours a day, we spend our weekends with our family and friends.


RETURNS~Due to the nature of our products they are non-returnable, but we will always work with you if there is a problem .


ALLERGIES~Please make sure that you check for possible allergies. Everyone's skin is different and it is your respondsibility to check yourself. We do list our Ingredients with the shipped products.


SOAPS~All of our soaps are Cold Process, except for a few of our molded primitive soaps which are Hot Process. These two have the same desired finish. These are NOT melt and pour soaps but all handcrafted from start to finish!


PAYMENT~We gladly except Google Checkout... You can pay with CC or Bank Account.

Money Orders are accepted ONLY if they come from USPS.

We have started to accept Personal checks, but will not ship till after your check has cleared our bank. If any check is returned we charge you a $35.00 fee.
